Vintage Zoran

A testament to timeless design and high quality craftsmanship: I received this email from Lianne who came across a vintage Zoran original/

"Hello There,

I happened to purchase a lovely bracelet at a sale and when I arrived home I noticed a signature. When I googled the name I found your site and your amazing creations. Would you be able to tell me about the piece in the attached photo? It is signed "ZORAN PRVANOVIC". I am not sure when it would have been designed, or the type of metal it is. I would love to know this so I could ensure to properly care for the beautiful piece of art. Thank you, Lianne"

A blast from the past to be sure. This piece was from the 80s when my dad was still creating some high quality costume pieces and was handcrafted in brass. The design was achieved through sandblasting technique and it was gold plated. My dad no longer creates these designs, as he is an artist and his style is kinetic. However, it is a real pleasure to see his pieces transcend decades. If anyone else out there has vintage Zoran please send us a note or take a photo and email us or post on Facebook or Twitter. We'd love to see them!

It's that time of year again.  After a VERY busy year to date, filled with much change and new beginnings, we are ready to take a break, regroup, and refresh ourselves for the busy holiday season.  The store will be operating with reduced hours from September 2nd to the 27th. We will only be open on Fridays and Saturdays during this time. Please check our September schedule below and note that during this time our staff will be able to assist you with the purchase of ready stock items only.  Any inquiries, custom orders, repairs, etc. will be deferred until late September/early October.

Zoran Designs Jewellery online shop was prompted by our out of town customers who wished they could shop for our jewellery more frequently than their visits to Hamilton allowed. We saw it as an opportunity to make ourselves more accessible to ALL our wonderful clientele and as a means to reach out to new customers in Canada and the US. Fall 2010

Autumn is a great season for colour.  Our fall collection reflects the warm, earthy tones that occur in nature this time of year.  We have been using amber, garnet, tourmaline, carnelinan and whiskey quartz stones for our autumn inspired jewellery and there are many new pieces to see and enjoy.

Summer 2010

Please note that our jewellery designers will be away from August 21st through to the end of September.  If there are any custom orders or repairs you require for this period please keep this in mind and come see us early.  Clients requiring custom bridal jewellery for this period should schedule a consultation in July.  Custom jewellery orders and repairs received after August 20th will be addressed in early October.  The store will only be open on Fridays and Saturdays from 10am to 6 pm during this period.  During our modified hours of operation, staff will be on hand to assist you with purchases of ready stock items.  However, any inquries, custom order requests, repairs, etc., will be deferred until the jewellers' return.

Spring 2010

Wedding season is upon us and we are busy creating stunning bridal jewellery for some wonderful brides in Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville and beyond! We are so excited to work with our brides and tailor wedding jewellery to some eclectic bridal styles: contemporary, fun & funky, classic, vintage, princess, diva….
